Privacy policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains how Dalysie AS (“ResiliencePilot”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data through this website. Dalysie AS is registered in Norway and is the data controller for personal data collected here. Personal data you put into the ResiliencePilot product is processed under your customer agreement and our Data Processing Addendum, not this policy.
What we collect
- Information you give us: when you book a demo, request a trial or contact us: your name, work email, company, and anything you include in your message.
- Information collected automatically: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) and a small number of cookies needed to run and secure the site, including Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on our forms.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interests (to respond to your enquiry, arrange demos and trials, keep the site secure, and understand and improve how it is used) and on the basis of your consent where consent is required. We do not sell personal data, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means.
Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum: those strictly necessary to operate and secure the site, including bot protection. Where we use analytics, it is privacy-friendly and aggregated, to measure site performance, not to track individuals across the web.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with a small set of vetted providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to run this site: Microsoft Azure (hosting), Postmark (email delivery) and Cloudflare (bot protection). We do not share it for others to use for their own purposes.
Where it is processed
Website personal data is hosted and processed in the EU (Microsoft Azure, Sweden Central).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, after which we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In Norway, that is Datatilsynet.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows when it was last revised.
